The kit in which the damage was done: kudos to Team Theophilus Kpakpo Allotey AKA Theo Lopez for the immaculate branding for the Ghana, UBO Africa, WBO Africa and now WBO Global champion.

Inspired by the visions of Marcus Garvey and Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, this uniform draws its power from the Black Star, a symbol of African pride, self-belief, and liberation.

It connects past struggle to present purpose, turning history into fabric and identity into motion.

The all-black glitter speaks to resilience the beauty forged in discipline, sacrifice, and unbroken spirit.

Chosen with intention, the fabric reflects both memory and future, honouring those who dreamed before us and those who rise today.

At the waist, the Ghana flag anchors the story a nation carried into the ring, Africa standing tall with every step forward.

Fabric inspiration and concept by Coach Ofori Asare, sewed and brought to life by Coach George Smart Abbey, with embroidery by Wahid.

This is more than a boxing uniform. It is history in motion.

It is the hope of the Black Star of Africa.

A star is born
