The international Parkour Federation (IPF) has sent messages to affiliated nations thanking them for sustaining and maintaining their health in this Covid -19 era.
The body has ordered all national federations to send most up-to-date logo, website link and/or Facebook or Instagram page so that they can add a functioning link below each country's flag on the IPF website.
The IPF urged national federations to achieve official recognition from the sports ministry or NOC, and send us copies of those documents as well.

President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has called on the National Sports Authority (NSA) and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to ensure that the 25 percent capacity rule at the various stadia is enforced.
This Covid-19 safety protocol measure is to curb the spread of the novel virus.
Addressing the Nation on Sunday, January 31, on measures taken against the spread of Coronavirus in his update number 23, he said: “the NSA and GFA should ensure strict compliance with the 25% capacity rule in our stadia with spectators respecting the social distancing rule and wearing of masks”.
It would be recalled that, On Sunday, September 20, 2020, in his Update No. 17 on measures taken by Government to combat the spread of Coronavirus, the President announced the easing of restrictions on football, which allowed fans to the stadium.
He reiterated that the two institutions should continue adhering to the safety protocols.

In an exclusive chat with the assistant coach and Oly for life personality, Godwin Attram, he said many people have contributed to the development of Gladson Awako, but he is behind his recent form and confidence as he enticed him to join Accra Great Olympics to encourage the young players.
According to Attram, when Awako became frustrated, he motivate him and took him to Oly.
"I am behind this interim success" he confirmed and urged experienced players to support the youth by playing with them and teaching them techniques and tactics of the game.

The St Roses Senior High School, an all-female second-cycle high school in Akwatia in the Eastern Region of Ghana will be the first school to host the new season seven of the Vim National Schools Sanitation Programme
Founded in1965, with a student population of over 1,000, with White and Blue as their colours, St Roses is set to start the programme on a high note to warn other schools and students on the coronavirus pandemic, which has caused everyone to be health and safety conscious.
Mr. Emmanuel Olla Williams, CEO of One - On - One Foundation, organisers of the programme said this year is going to be different but more effective.

The president of the Ghana Kick Boxing Association, Mr, Raja Owusu Ansah and the Technical Director, Derrick Macaire were present at the burial service of Lt, Col. John Sharpe over the weekend.
They represented all Kickboxers in Ghana who were mourning their former president Lt. Col. John Sharp.
Former GKBA President Col. John Sharpe, 86 died on Thursday December 3, 2020.
He was a keen sports enthusiast who contributed massively to Ghana Amateur Boxing and kickboxing.
He was a member of AIBA, the international amateur boxing association, and also held position as president of the Ghana Kickboxing Association.
He encouraged many boxers in the amateur ranks, especially soldiers. He also tasked the the media to promote sports, especially boxing and kickboxing.
During his time, many kickboxers were able to travel out to fight outside Ghana and they won many titles.
Nii Adote Dzata and Joe Mingle took over the presidency from him to run the GKBA, with Mr. Yoofi Bohan as the former vice president.
Lawrence Nyanyo Nmai, president of the Pro Fighting Factory also paid his tribute together with members of the club.
“The entire Ghana Amateur Boxing Federation, Ghana KickBoxing Association and Friends of Boxing miss you. Rest In Peace” he said.
